Opportunistic fungal infections are a leading cause of morbidity and mortality. Over the last few decades there has been a substantial increase in the number of immuno compromised patients in the population. It is our intention to bring together researchers in the field of opportunistic mycotic infections as well as clinicians who are responsible for the management of such infections, for a fruitful exchange of information.There will be eight oral presentations by invited speakers who have been actively involved in research in the field of opportunistic mycotic infections.
