Be like a Vibrio
albeit curved
set things straight
like a smile; 
motility an awesome sight
inspiring to dart a mile!
 
Be like a Mycobacterium
slow and steady
thick skinned to tough times;
tricks up the sleeve and ready 
when confronted by slimes
 
Be like a HIV
break the rules to rewrite
the central dogma of life;
easy to mutate & with error-prone trait
surviving 3 decades of global strife
